Meet Jemma...
I started my career in 2001 as an Assistant in the Private Banking sector which managed investment portfolios for high-net worth individuals.
I moved throughout the Financial Services Industry in Operational & Assistant roles with the majority of the years as an Executive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of one of the UK's Leading Banks.
This was where I gained the skills to adapt to other people's needs, act on their behalf, be the Exec's security guard and generally get things done yesterday.
I left on maternity leave in 2019 and spent a few years at home as a full time mum (where I learned negotiation skills and the true art of patience!)
I have many years' experience in managing complex diaries and making decisions based on last-minute changes to schedules. I can confidently lead project management ensuring priorities and deadlines are adhered to.
Being in a customer-facing role I understand how crucial it is to demonstrate competence, approachability and empathy. I can confidential engage with clients and stakeholders with a professional yet friendly approach.
I have a strong attention to detail and am able to take full ownership of in-house databases and reporting. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, accountancy software such as FreeAgent and Cashboard and client/project databases such as Clickup.
My background in Head Offices brings discretion, integrity, and reliability.
Privacy relating to the running of your business is your priority, and mine.
I thrive on productivity, organisation, building relationships, customer service and most of all... ticking off to-do lists.

In 2023 I set up as a freelance remote Personal Assistant & Office Manager and now have experience in various industries such as Architecture & Pre-Construction Services, Property Management and Recruitment.
I am accustomed to working remotely - based in a professional setting in my home office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Testimonials...
Jemma has been an invaluable member of our team, providing reliable and professional support in the day-to-day running of our Architectural Practice for over two years.
From the outset, Jemma has demonstrated a willing and proactive approach — not only adopting the specific procedures and workflows I have established, but actively contributing to their improvement. On many occasions, her suggestions have been implemented, reflecting both her thorough understanding of our operations and her initiative in making them better.
Her communication with clients is consistently professional, and she brings the same careful attention to detail that the practice demands — whether dealing with matters of significance or more routine tasks. This is particularly evident in her handling of our more complex administrative procedures, which require both precision and familiarity; Jemma has executed these flawlessly while also identifying valid enhancements along the way.
The support Jemma provides has meaningfully reduced the administrative burden of running the business, allowing me to focus my time and energy where it is most needed. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Jemma supported me as my Exec PA for 5 years across 3 successive MD roles. In each instance she quickly developed strong relationships with the team. Jemma always managed the diary extremely well and was particularly skilled at event planning and execution.
Jemma is very personable and a pleasure to work with. I’d have no hesitation in employing her again.
